Pick a pack
Both packs join the same server with the same gameplay and menus. Lite leaves out shaders and visual extras and keeps every performance mod.

Files come from the latest release on GitHub. Compare the two packs mod by mod. The pack list did not load, but every file is on the release page.

Install
Three steps in whichever launcher you use. Keybinds, video and sound settings come set up. Your builds live on the server, so a reinstall never costs you anything.

Open the new instance window
Install the Modrinth App, sign in with your Microsoft account, and press the plus button at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Import the pack
Choose Modpack base, press Import modpack and pick
VectorPoint-Full.mrpack. Older versions of the app call it From file. -
Wait, then play
The app downloads every mod by itself. Give the instance 6 GB (4 GB for Lite) under Java and memory, and press Play. Vector Point is already in your server list.

Start a custom profile
Install the CurseForge app, open the Minecraft tab and press Create Custom Profile in the top right.

Import the zip
Press Import at the top of that window, then Choose .zip file and pick
VectorPoint-Full-CurseForge.zip. Leave it zipped. -
Set memory and play
Once the profile finishes installing, set allocated memory to 6 GB (4 GB for Lite) in the app settings under Minecraft, and press Play.

Add an instance
Install Prism Launcher, add your Microsoft account under Accounts, and press Add Instance in the toolbar.

Import the zip
Pick Import on the left, Browse to
VectorPoint-Full-Prism.zipand press OK. Dragging the zip onto Prism does the same. -
Launch
Select Vector Point and press Launch. Memory is already set and Prism fetches the right Java itself. The server is in your list.
The pictures show where to click, not exact copies of each launcher. Updating later: import the new file as a fresh instance and copy over screenshots, schematics or your own options.txt if you want to keep them.
